Firefighters Sunday knocked down a fire at a commercial building in Sun Valley, where multiple propane tanks had vented and possibly exploded during the fire.
No injuries were reported, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters dispatched at 12:23 p.m. to 7524 N. Clybourn Ave. initially were in defensive operations in handling the well-involved fire at the single-story commercial building, and took 28 minutes to knock down the blaze, with the assistance of the Burbank Fire Department, Humphrey said.
There was no known impact to adjacent Burbank Airport, he said.
No evacuations were ordered and a cause of the fire was under investigation.
