A big rig struck a wall on the right side of the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena Friday morning, jackknifed and was partially hanging over a bridge.
The crash was reported near Madre Street about 3:50 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Diesel fuel was leaking onto the road from the jackknifed semi and the driver told the CHP the big rig was partially hanging over the edge of a bridge.
A SigAlert was issued for the Nos. 4 and 5 lanes of the freeway.
No injuries were immediately reported.
