Flames Saturday filled a multi-family residence in Hollywood damaged by a previous fire.
The fire was reported at 5:50 p.m. at 5538 W. Romaine St., said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.
Firefighters first battled the blaze from outside the single-story, 1,466-square-foot building until the flames were reduced enough to put out the rest of the fire from inside, Prange said. The flames were out in 10 minutes.
No injuries were reported and surrounding structures were not damaged, he said.
