Los Angeles County firefighters knocked down a brush fire Sunday that scorched about three acres in Lancaster.
The fire near Avenue K and 103rd Street West was reported at 11:36 a.m., the Los Angeles County Fire Department reported.
The blaze was whipped up by 30 mph winds in the area, the department said.
The flames were knocked down at 12:04 p.m.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remained under investigation, the department said.
