The California Highway Patrol Sunday evening issued a Silver Alert to aid in the search for a missing Long Beach man.
Daniel Chavez, 72, was last seen at about 10 p.m. Saturday near Sherman Place and East 15th Street, the CHP said.
“Chavez suffers from a medical condition(s) and may become disoriented,” the CHP said.
He is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 175 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a Los Angeles Rams shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. He has a gray moustache in the photo released by the CHP.
Anyone who sees Chavez should call 911, the CHP said.
