A three-vehicle collision was reported on state Route 86 near the Salton Sea Monday afternoon, but it was unclear whether anyone was injured.
The crash was reported about 3:50 p.m. in the area of Avenue 81, near the reservation of the Torres Martinez Desert Cahuilla Indians, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Three tow trucks were called to the scene.
