Authorities Friday identified one of two motorists who died in a six-vehicle chain-reaction crash on the eastbound Foothill (210) Freeway in Glendora.

The crash was reported about 12:10 a.m. Thursday east of Sunflower Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

George Crenshaw, 55, of Victorville, in San Bernardino County, and a man in his 20s died at the scene, according to the coroner’s office and the CHP. The name of the younger man was withheld, pending notification of his relatives.

According to the CHP, Crenshaw was the driver of a 2003 Lexus GS300 and the younger man was the driver of a 1998 Toyota Camry.

One of the other motorists suffered a minor injury and was treated at a hospital. No other injuries were reported.

The circumstances of the crash were under investigation. Anyone with more information about the case was urged to call the CHP Baldwin Park Area office at 626-338-1164.
