Fire damaged a vacant house in south Los Angeles Monday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 1100 block of South Normandie Avenue at 8:44 a.m. extinguished the flames in the single-story building in 15 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
