Actor Bruce Willis, currently appearing on the small screen in a DieHard car battery commercial, made headlines Tuesday with the social-media circulation of a photo showing him inside a Los Angeles pharmacy — without a COVID-required mask.
Page Six reported that Willis, 65, was actually asked to leave the Rite Aid store on Sunday for failing to wear a mask, even though a photograph shows him with a bandana around his neck that could have easily been pulled over his nose and mouth.
In a statement to People magazine, Willis called it “an error in judgment.”
“Be safe out there everyone and let’s continue to mask up,” he said.
