Firefighters in West Los Angeles Saturday knocked down a greater alarm fire that began at a shed and spread to a portion of the second floor and attic of a two-story commercial building.
Firefighters from the Los Angeles Fire Department — with the assistance of Santa Monica firefighters — dispatched at 11:13 a.m. to 12212 W. Pico Blvd. had the blaze out within 27 minutes of their arrival, said Brian Humphrey of the LAFD.
No injuries were reported and a cause of the fire was under investigation.
