It took firefighters about an hour to put out flames in a Pico Rivera house Saturday evening.
The fire was reported just before 8 p.m. in the 9400 block of Balfour Street, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Jeremy Stafford.
The house was fully involved in flames when firefighters arrived, Stafford said.
There were no residents inside the house when they got there and no injuries were reported, he said.
