A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed Thursday morning on the westbound Santa Monica (10) Freeway in Mid-City.
The crash was reported about 3:20 a.m. near the Robertson Boulevard off-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Details of what led to the crash were not immediately available.
The age and name of the man killed were not disclosed.
All westbound lanes of the freeway east of Robertson Boulevard were closed until further notice, the CHP said.
