A motorist was rescued from an aqueduct in Palmdale Tuesday after a vehicle ended up in the waterway, authorities said.
Firefighters were sent to North 70th Street West and West Avenue N about 9:50 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. An investigation was underway to determine what happened.
