Firefighters in Silver Lake Sunday knocked down a greater alarm blaze at a vacant three-story hillside home under construction, where there was fire on two floors of the structure.

Dispatched at 2:16 a.m. to 1902 N. Redcliff St., firefighters had the blaze out at 3:19 a.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

“Though one neighboring home was briefly threatened, the flames were confined to the one involved building,” said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department. “No injury. Fire cause under investigation.”
