At least one person died Sunday evening in a South Gate crash.
The crash was reported at 7:45 p.m. in the 2300 block of East Firestone Boulevard, said Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Michael Pittman.
A person trapped inside a vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene, Pittman said.
Another person was taken by paramedics to a hospital in unknown condition.
Crash details were not immediately available.
