Firefighters were working to put out flames in 10,000 square feet of vegetation in Agua Dulce Saturday afternoon.
The fire was reported about 2:30 p.m. as trash burning in 2,500 square feet of vegetation in front of a residence at 35640 Dormer Rd., according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
By 2:36 p.m., the fire area had grown to 10,000 square feet in brush, logs and debris, fire officials said. It was “not running,” so no additional units were needed.
