Firefighters Saturday contained a quarter-acre light-to-medium brush fire in Big Tujunga Canyon.
They were dispatched at 4:56 a.m. to 12396 N. Big Tujunga Canyon Road and firefighters had the blaze contained at 5:30 a.m., Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
No injuries were reported and a cause of the fire was under investigation.
