Firefighters halted the progress of a second-alarm brush fire Sunday in Agua Dulce at 12 acres.
The fire, which initially threatened nearby structures, ignited near the 10500 block of Dale Road and was reported at 1:51 p.m., some 17 minutes after a much larger brush fire was reported in nearby Gorman, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Containment of the Agua Dulce fire was at 100% as of Sunday evening, the department reported.
No injuries have been reported and no structures were burned.
