Twenty-six firefighters knocked down a residential fire in 26 minutes Thursday morning in Studio City.
Crews responded at 2:40 a.m. to 4135 N. Vantage Ave., where they found a one-story, single-family dwelling with fire showing, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
The fire extended across the roof, so firefighters were forced to move to an interior attack to extinguish the final pockets of the blaze, Stewart said.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
