At least one person was trapped inside a vehicle Tuesday following a multi-vehicle collision in the City of Industry in which two of the vehicles overturned.

Officers were called at 4:06 a.m. to the Pomona (60) Freeway and the Crossroads Parkway off-ramp, where they found a black SUV and a gray pickup had collided and overturned onto their roofs, said California Highway Patrol spokesman Patrick Kimball.

It was not immediately known if the trapped person was in the SUV or the pickup, Kimball said.

The collision briefly blocked the numbers one through fours lanes of the freeway, and the Los Angeles County Fire Department was called to the scene, Kimball said.

No further details were immediately available regarding the other vehicles or any injuries.

The cause of the collision was under investigation.
