It took 36 firefighters 15 minutes to put out flames in a boarded-up house Saturday evening in the Florence area of South Los Angeles.
The fire was reported at 8:49 p.m. at 6126 S. Main St., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Nicholas Prange.
Firefighters broke through boarded-up entrances to bring their hose lines inside the house, Prange said.
No injuries were reported and the cause was under investigation, he said.
