Authorities Wednesday identified a 52-year-old motorcyclist who was killed in a three-vehicle collision on the Foothill (210) Freeway in the Claremont area.
The collision was reported at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday at the East Baseline Road off-ramp of the eastbound freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
David Schimmoeller, whose city of residence was unknown, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the collision was under investigation.
