An auto fire that extended to a one-story single-family home in Koreatown Thursday has been knocked down.

Fire crews were called at 4:53 a.m. to 216 N. Mariposa Ave., where they found the 1,415-square-foot home in flames, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire in 26 minutes. It took 33 firefighters to knock the blaze down, Prange said.

Prange said no injuries were been reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
