A pedestrian was killed Monday morning when he was struck by at least one vehicle on the Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena.
The crash was reported at 4:02 a.m. on the westbound Foothill Freeway at Lake Avenue, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Elizabeth Kravig.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Kravig said.
A SigAlert was issued shutting down the HOV lane and lanes 1, 2 and 3.
