The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert Sunday to help locate a 91-year-old man who went missing in Lancaster.
Eduardo Delgado was last seen at about 12:30 p.m. Saturday at 15th Street West and Lancaster Boulevard, according to the CHP. He was believed to be using a silver wheelchair.
Delgado is described as Hispanic, 5-feet-1 inch tall and 115 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a blue hat and a gray sweater.
Authorities said Delgado suffers from dementia and high blood pressure.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to call 911.
The CHP activates a Silver Alert when elderly, developmentally or cognitively impaired people are missing and at-risk in an effort to locate them more quickly.
