Firefighters put out a fire Wednesday at an abandoned house in the Westlake District.

Fire crews were called at 4:41 a.m. to 150 N. Carondelet St. and were able to quickly get control of the flames, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.

It took 38 firefighters 22 minutes to put out the fire.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
