The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert Sunday evening to help locate an octogenarian believed in a wheelchair who went missing from Bellflower.
Ronald Barlish was last seen about 4:30 a.m. Saturday around Woodruff Avenue and Artesia Boulevard in Bellflower, the CHP said.
Barlish is white, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 165 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes, believed wearing a navy blue hoodie and black pants.
Anyone who sees Barlish or knows his whereabouts was asked to call 911.
The CHP activates Silver Alerts when an elderly, developmentally or cognitively impaired person is missing and is determined to be at-risk.
