The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert Wednesday for a missing 75-year-old man last seen in the Westlake area.
Fernando Torres was last seen around 4 a.m. Wednesday near Third and Carondelet streets, according to the CHP. He was described as “at-risk” and is presumed to be driving a blue 2006 Nissan Sentra with California license plate number 5VQE489.
According to the CHP, Torres is 5-foot-9 and weighs 170 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, blue jeans and a gray hat.
Anyone with information regarding Torres’ whereabouts was urged to call 911.
