The California Highway Patrol deactivated a Silver Alert after an at-risk 66-year-old man who went missing in Huntington Park Saturday was located.

Mario Berry was previously last seen at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday at East Slauson Avenue and Pacific Boulevard, according to the CHP.

Details of how and where Berry was located were not available.

The CHP activates a Silver Alert when an elderly, developmentally, or cognitively impaired person has gone missing and is determined to be at-risk to aid in their swift recovery.
