Authorities were asking for the public’s help Sunday to locate a 24-year-old Los Angeles with an unspecified mental disorder.
William Studeman is white. He stands 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair and a full-sleeve tattoo on his right arm. He was last seen on Tuesday wearing a gray T-shirt, tan cargo pants and brown boots, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Studeman is known to drive a silver four-door 2008 Chrysler 300 with California plate 8GDE151.
