A semi truck was involved in a solo freeway collision Thursday, prompting a lane closure.
The truck went onto the right shoulder into a nearby ditch at 6:35 a.m. Thursday on eastbound I-10 east of Dillon Road, according to the California Highway Patrol. The vehicle stayed upright throughout the collision.
An ambulance was requested to the scene shortly after, but no injuries were reported.
Lane No. 2 has remained closed for recovery since the incident. Officials intend to recover the vehicle through a side road, according to California Highway Patrol Officer David Torres.
