A 63-year-old woman who was the subject of a Silver Alert was found Thursday evening..
Rosa Maria Guillen had last been seen around 11:30 a.m. Thursday near the intersection of Fourth Street and Loma Drive in the Westlake district, according to the California Highway Patrol.
As is customary, no additional information was released about where and when Guillen was found.
The Silver Alert program was established by the CHP to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
