Possible human remains connected to the Eaton Fire were discovered Wednesday in Altadena, according to the Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner.
Special Operation Response Team investigators came across the possible remains in the 900 block of Boston Street, near Lake Avenue, on Wednesday.
The Eaton Fire ignited on Jan. 7, leaving 17 dead, burning approximately 14,021 acres in 24 days, destroying about 9,414 structures and damaging 1,074 other, according to Cal Fire.
