The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Monday asked for the public’s help identifying a man who has been hospitalized since Aug. 11 at Los Angeles General Medical Center.

The patient was found on San Julian Street in downtown Los Angeles, officials said.

He was described as a man believed to be 50 to 55 years old, weighing 174 pounds, with brown eyes and black-and-gray hair.

Anyone with any information regarding the patient was urged to contact the Los Angeles General Medical Center’s Social Work Department at 323-409-6884, or, after hours, at 323-409-6883 and on weekends at 323-409-5254.
