Two trauma patients were airlifted to a hospital from a vehicle crash Saturday morning on the Angeles Crest Highway in Monrovia, authorities said.
A black Ford pickup truck left the roadway at about 7 a.m. Saturday at mile marker 45.15 and landed on its roof, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Two people were airlifted to Huntington Hospital-Pasadena, the CHP said.
A 20-year-old man was also injured in the crash and rushed to a hospital. His condition was not immediately known.
No further information was immediately available.
