Overnight lane and ramp closures will resume Friday evening on the San Diego (405) Freeway through the Sepulveda Pass as Caltrans crews continue a repaving project in the area.

Intermittent closures will take place from 10 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday as follows:

— The southbound 405 will reduced to two lanes between the connector to the 101 and the connector between southbound 101 and southbound 405 will be closed;

— The on-ramp from Burbank Boulevard to southbound 405 will be closed;

— The off-ramp from northbound 405 to Getty Center Drive will be closed;

— The northbound 101 connector to southbound 405 will be closed; and

— The southbound 101 connector to southbound 405 will be reduced to one lane.

Motorists are advised to leave extra time and find alternative routes.

Crews will also work nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Friday next week, according to Caltrans.

The speed limit will be reduced to 55 mph in certain northbound and southbound sections of the freeway.
