A 21-year-old man with a “diminished mental capacity” was found Tuesday afternoon and appeared unharmed, Newport Beach police reported.
Police had put out a call late this afternoon for help in locating Andres Martin, who hadn’t been seen since Monday. Police said they had concerns because he is “non-verbal” and unable to safely care for himself.
Martin was being reunited with his family tonight, police said.
