One person was treated for minor smoke inhalation Friday from a two-alarm garage blaze that spread to a three-unit dwelling in Laguna Niguel, authorities said.
The fire started about 1:20 p.m. in the 23000 block of Catamaran and was declared under control about 45 minutes later, according to Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Steve Hurdle.
Paramedics treated one patient at the scene, Hurdle said.
All three of the apartments in the triplex sustained some sort of fire or water damage, he said.
