A man injured himself after jumping from a second-story apartment unit in Orange apartment that caught fire Thursday night.
The three-alarm fire was reported at 11:37 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of north Orange Olive Road, said Capt. Casey Fieldhouse, of the Orange Fire Department.
One unit was well-involved with, while two others suffered smoke damage, he said.

Flames were knocked down in under an an hour with the help of about 60 firefighters, Fieldhouse said.
A male in the burning unit jumped from the second-story window before firefighters arrived onto the apartment complex’s driveway, Fieldhouse said.
He suffered traumatic injuries and was hospitalized.
The cause of the fire was under investigation and a damage estimate was not immediately available.
