The roadway was closed for repair work, which is expected to complete by 3 p.m., according to a Nixle alert by the city of Santa Ana.
Traffic will be affected by closures on the westbound lanes of Sunflower Boulevard, from Susan Street to Harbor Boulevard, and one of two eastbound lanes on Sunflower Avenue.
