A man was shot and wounded on a Santa Ana street but the gunman remained at large, a police sergeant said Monday.
The shooting took place near the intersection of South Main and Cubbon streets about 10:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Santa Ana Police Sgt. Richard Weber.
The unidentified victim was taken to a hospital for treatment, authorities said.
Weber said he had no information on the current condition of the victim, a motive for the shooting or the identity of the gunman.
