A 74-year-old man in Westminster was killed when the vehicle on which he was working rolled forward and pinned him underneath, police said.
Paramedics took critically injured Hieu Van Bui to UCI Medical Center, where he died, Westminster Police Cpl. Phuong Pham said.
It happened about 3:50 p.m. Friday in a parking lot at 8860 Bolsa Ave., Pham said.
