Firefighters knocked down a three-alarm fire that displaced at least 15 people from a condominium complex in Fullerton on Sunday.

The fire was reported about 5:15 p.m. at 2760 East Quail Ridge Circle, authorities said.

Fullerton police tweeted at 7:19 p.m. that the blaze had been doused.

The Orange County Fire Authority and the Costa Mesa, Anaheim, Brea and Fountain Valley fire departments sent units to the scene to assist the Fullerton Fire Department in battling the flames.

Sixty firefighters responded and surrounding building were evacuated, according to the Orange County Register.

The fire was believed to have damaged the building’s eight units, but no one was injured and the Red Cross was summoned to assist the displaced residents, Fullerton Fire Department Deputy Chief Julie Kunze told The Register.
