An 18-year-old Fullerton College student and football player reported missing Monday was back with his family Thursday in La Habra, but it was unclear why he dropped out of sight.
La Habra police issued a public call for help Wednesday afternoon in tracking down Marcos Loudon, and got a call that night that he had turned up.
“He ended up calling his mother to pick him up” near a Fullerton train station, said La Habra police Sgt. Jose Quirarte. “He was in good health with no real explanation as to where he went.”
Loudon’s mother dropped him off at the campus about 7 a.m. Monday, with plans to pick him up at 6 p.m. Loudon failed to show up for an appointment with a counselor on campus that morning, as well as for football practice that afternoon.
