A man pushed his aunt off a second-story apartment walkway in Placentia during an argument about child care, causing what authorities said Friday were several traumatic injuries.
The victim fell onto a ground-level concrete walkway and was hospitalized in stable condition, Placentia Police Department Lt. Eric Point said.
Nelson Ramos, 27, of Placentia, was booked for felony assault in connection with the argument in the 700 block of West Center Street around 12:10 p.m. Thursday, Point said.
Bail was set at $25,000, according to Orange County jail records. Ramos is scheduled to appear Monday at Central Jail Court.
