
A 23-year-old gang member was stabbed to death in Orange, a police lieutenant said Sunday.
Officers were dispatched at approximately 9 p.m. Saturday on a disturbance call to the 1800 block of East Grove Avenue, and found the Fullerton resident suffering from several stab wounds, said Lt. Fred Lopez of the Orange Police Department.
Paramedics pronounced the gang member dead at the scene, Lopez said. His name will be released pending notification of next of kin.
The suspect fled prior to the arrival of police, and his identity was unknown.
