A 38-year-old man whose body was found this week in loading docks at the Bella Terra mall took his own life, a sheriff’s lieutenant said.
The man — whose name had not been released as of late this afternoon — was found dead Tuesday in the rear loading dock of the Burlington Coat Factory store across from Costco.
An autopsy Thursday concluded his death was from blunt force injuries and that he took his own life, Orange County sheriff’s Lt. Jeff Hallock said.
Investigators suspect he may have jumped from a nearby parking structure, Hallock said.
