A van crashed through the front of a building housing a martial arts studio in Fullerton Tuesday, critically injuring the driver, authorities said.
The accident was reported about 5:50 a.m. at Euclid Street and West Avenue, the Fullerton Police Department reported.
According to the preliminary investigation, the Chevrolet Astro van was southbound on Euclid Street when it collided with a Honda Accord that was eastbound on West Avenue, police said. The van then crashed into the front of the building, ending up inside.
The Honda driver was not injured.
A section of Euclid Street was closed while an investigation was conducted, but was expected to reopen at noon, according to Fullerton police Sgt. Kathryn Hamel.
