
The board of directors of Orange County’s tollway agencies approved the annual $338.6 million budget, which includes several capital projects and a slight increase in tolls.
The toll rate will rise by 1 to 14 cents depending on the location and time of day, officials said. The new tolls go into effect on July 1.
Capital projects planned for this year include:
–Finishing the final design for the 241/91 Express Connector;
–Final engineering for the Oso Bridge and Gap Closure project;
–New signs on the toll roads and;
–Upgrading the agency’s website for toll road users
