A man was shot in a leg in Orange, but is expected to survive, police said Tuesday.
The shooting near the area of East Locust Avenue and North Lincoln Street, just west of the Costa Mesa (55) Freeway, was reported around 9:05 p.m. Monday, Orange Police Department Sgt. Clara Ramirez told City News Service.
The man was taken to a hospital, OPD Sgt. Phil McMullin said.
The shooting remains under investigation, McMullin said.
